Recently, we have received formal requests from several event organizers for copies of our Employee Compensation Insurance for documentation and contractual purposes. Our pre-hospital emergency medical services are comprehensively supported by effective liability coverage, ensuring legal protection and risk management under all circumstances. In accordance with the Employees’ Compensation Ordinance (Cap. 282 of the Laws of Hong Kong), all employers—including non-profit organizations and charitable institutions exempted under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance—
are legally required to maintain valid Employee Compensation Insurance to protect their staff in the event of work-related injuries.
